Women entrepreneurs are emerging as strong drivers of economic progress, yet their journey is often hindered by limited access to capital, inadequate financial literacy, socio-cultural constraints, and fragmented institutional support. This seminar aims to bring together academics, policy professionals, financial institutions, and grassroots practitioners to examine how financial management, policy reforms, and digital innovation can collectively strengthen women-led enterprises. Through interdisciplinary dialogue and research-led insights, the seminar seeks to explore sustainable strategies for fostering inclusive growth, enhancing financial autonomy, and building resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems for women.
